Help Wanted: 5th & 6th Grade Teacher
Are you passionate about teaching and helping young minds grow in faith and knowledge? Immanuel Lutheran School, committed to academic excellence and biblical truth, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher for our combined 5th and 6th-grade classroom.
Position Details:
- Location: 300 Gold Avenue SE Albuquerque, NM 87102
- Position Type: Full-time
- Grade Levels: 5th & 6th (combined classroom)
- Start Date: July 28, 2025
Qualifications:
- A committed Christian who actively lives out their faith
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Teaching certification preferred)
- Experience in multi-grade classroom instruction is a plus
- Strong classroom management and curriculum development skills
- Passion for integrating biblical principles into all subjects
Responsibilities:
- Teach core subjects, incorporating biblical truth throughout the curriculum
- Foster a love for learning in a nurturing and structured environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Participate in school activities, chapel services, and faculty meetings
- Support and uphold the mission and values of Immanuel Lutheran School
