Mark your calendars for Sunday, March 2, at 12 p.m., when the Senior Youth will be hosting a Mardi Gras-themed luncheon in the Immanuel Gym.
Enjoy delicious spicy Cajun food and share the fun with our Immanuel families while your free will offering helps Senior Youth achieve their goal of attending the LCMS Youth Gathering in New Orleans.
We’ll fill your tummies and make you smile!
Suggested offerings: $20 individual, $35 couple; $10 under 12 yrs; $140 table.

Rolling out the Red Carpet
Join us for Immanuel’s 15th annual auction on Friday, April 4. Our Hollywood-themed event promises to be a spectacular night of fun, but more importantly, it will boost the ILS Scholarship fund. This is THE event on the school calendar where you can invest in the future of our beloved school. Please see the attached flyer to purchase tickets online. Tickets are also available in the school office and after church services. This event may sell out so don’t wait too long.

Participation in sports gives your student the opportunity to stay fit in mind and body, and they’ll learn skills they’ll use their entire lifetime.

National Lutheran Schools Week
ILS celebrates this time, March 10-14, to focus on being a part of a much larger system of schools throughout the U.S. and beyond. It also means we fill the week with some fun activities for our students. Be sure to print out the NLSW flyer and post it on the refrigerator, so you and your student (s) can be on top of special dress days and other activities.
Great Music Ahead
The Wind Symphony of Concordia University Nebraska will perform at Christ Lutheran Church on Sunday, March 9th, at 7:00 p.m. This would be a great way to introduce students to the beauty in orchestra music.
Saturday Games
The big day is upon us! Please consider helping out with keeping the gate this Saturday, March 1. Our 8th graders have reserved the concessions stand slots, where they will be selling Cornivore Popcorn along with a large selection of goodies! This premium popcorn is always a hit so make sure you come by and purchase a
bag of your favorite flavor! We have Biscochito, NM Sunset, Caramel, Fru-T-Rebels, Movie Butter, and Sharp Cheddar!
